Physical scale can have a tremendous impact, and workplace design at Adobe helped shape the internal perception of the brand. In an effort to encourage a culture of creativity for employees, recruits, and partners, environmental graphics were created in Adobe's offices around the world. In the San Francisco office, I curated exhibitions of notable designers and the process behind our product development.
