Auxi is Wells Fargo’s virtual assistant and a vision of the future of banking. Using the power of AI, Auxi will transform the way the bank engages with customers through highly personalized interactions.
Branding, key components of the brand strategy, user experience, and internal communications were created in support of this vision. This work laid the foundation for a key future endeavor of the bank, where AI's presence will be far more robust. As part of that vision, Auxi’s look and feel was designed to be a modern take on Wells Fargo’s brand, meeting the needs at launch but with an eye toward the future.
